The Alabama Bluegrass Music Association is a nonprofit organization established in January of 1996. The objective of the association is to promote bluegrass music in the State of Alabama. We do this by publishing a newsletter, BamaGrass, holding an annual festival in to showcase our bands, and by being present at bluegrass festivals to  provide information on upcoming events, artists and membership information. With our membership fee of $25, you receive 10 issues of BamaGrass mailed to your home, a discount to the Showcase of Bands, and you help to provide the funding to to promote bluegrass, musicians, and festivals in the State of Alabama. Bands with one ABMA member also receive a listing on this site and in BamaGrass!
